Our Vision at The Pest Control Partnership is to build a leading Pest Control platform that delivers outstanding service to our clients in an environmentally sustainable way. We will do this by investing strongly in people and in technology.
We want to partner with great operators to support them in accelerating their growth, deploying technology and enhancing client experience.
The Pest Control Partnership vision was formed in 2023 by Partners Group, Alan Brown (former CEO of Rentokil Initial), Romain Launois (former deputy CFO of Emeria) & Caspar Appeldoorn (former MD of Rollins EMEA, GM of Ecolab Pest EMEA). Partners Group is a European-based private equity group with USD 135 billion under management globally. Partners Group has significant experience in building route-based B2B service companies into well-integrated operating platforms across multiple countries.
Our ambition is to leverage the knowledge, experience and resources of our founders and of those businesses that become part of the Pest Control Partnership to build a truly differentiated Pest Control business operating across multiple markets.
Our ethos offers business owners a full spectrum of opportunities, from playing a full-time role in shaping & managing the Pest Control Partnership to liquidating their financial interest.
